WOOLLEN CANVAS, embroidered with coloured silks in cross and satin stitches. At the top are the letters of the alphabet thrice repeated and numerals to 18 and 6. In the middle are various conventional floral and bird designs with a verse. At the bottom is the maker’s name and date. There is a border of a floral wavy stem.
