Growing up in Butetown (Butetown Carnival, Butetown Pavillion, Butetown Dancers). Welsh dance competitions in the 1990s. Hip hop dance in the 1990s and Street Dance in the 2000s. Becoming a teacher with Newblood and Jukebox Juniors / Jukebox Collective. Dancing commercially. Kicking off the Welsh Ballroom scene.
