Dish - shaped concave plaque of pale blue grey vitreous earthenware, footring pierced with three suspension holes; painted in brown monochrome enamels with a kneeling woman, facing to left into the wind, wreathed hair flying, dressed in gown and cloak, a harp on her knee, cliffs and sea below in the background. Inscribed Liberty etc' round the perimeter and signed with a monogram on lower right and with monogram, name and date on the reverse.
