Miniature basket, hard-paste porcelain, lozenge-shaped form, flaring sides with moulded ribs around the around the lower body and decorative piercing around the top, twin twig handles to either end of the body; decorated with scattered sprigs of roses in pink enamel and gilt around the exterior sides and the well and a border of roses around the interior sides with gilt foliate swags below, the handles and pierced border around the top picked out in gilt.
