Early Medieval ceramic mould
A fragment from a ceramic mould probably for copper working due to the presence of copper waste onsite.
The mould has a straight indended line rim edge to open channel (possibly a gate) Its fabric has a light grey inner surface, margin and core, with a pale brown external surface with an dark grey area of reduction.
