Ink handwriting on cream/white paper. Letter forms part of the G.W.R. correspondence between Swansea Station and Carmarthen Station concerning a complaint made by Miss Tracey, Feb 1885 - (accession numbers 80.83I/24-27). Letter is headed 'Great Western Railway. Divisional Superintendent's Office, Swansea' and is dated April 11th 1885. It is attached to acc no. 80.83I/24 with a red stamp [?].
