Brown cardboard, double-sided and bound with black tape on all four sides. One side inscribed: KAREN / YOU HAVE THE POWER / TO CHANGE THINGS / ASK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. Reverse inscribed: RACISM IS A PANDEMIC.
