Blue cover with oblong cut out of centre to show handwritten signature underneath - Thomas. In gold is printed the Board of Trade symbol, the number 565904 and the words 'Continuous Certificate of Discharge'. Dated 1909-1934. Includes the ITALIANA and FARRINGFORD.
