(Company name was originally 'Clyne Steam Colliery...' but this has been crossed out by hand and replaced with 'Neath Merthyr...') Ornate border on left only. Embossed company seal on lower right hand side. Six interest warrant coupons attached to lower edge, all signed by the directors and managing director. Coupons are dated biannually from 1870 to 1873. 1 £200 bond numbered 36 with interest at the rate of £6 % p.a. Dated 22 February 1870.
