Channel cutter
A special tool for cutting a channel into leather, in which stitches can be sunk below the surface. It consists of a metal handle with a short, pointed knife-blade, held in position by a screw, and a fence to guide the tool along the edge of the sole. The butt of the handle is tapered to open the channel.
