The New Prince of Wales Slate Company Limited, £50 mortgage debenture numbered 188. Dated 31 March 1876. Black print on white paper with handwritten details completed in black ink. Ornate border on left only with company emblem printed in centre. Embossed company seal on red circular sticker on lower right hand corner depicting embossed image of three feathers in centre.
