A report and a cover letter attached with a paperclip. Report by Mr Dr. Edwards of University College of Swansea reporting on the tube which burst at the National Oil Refineries Ltd Llandarcy Cross Plant in February 1928. Three pages typed in black ink on off-white paper, plus five pages of figures, which contain photographs glued onto paper with explanatory text typed alongside. Also includes a cover letter from the National Oil Refineries Ltd to Mr W. Simons, re. the report. Typed in black ink on off-white paper. Dated 2nd April 1928.
