Letters re. conveyance of G.K.B Dowlais property
Correspondence relating to the conveyance of No.4 Gwernllwyn Uchaf, Dowlais from Guest Keen Baldwins Iron & Steel Company Limited to Tom Phillips. 23 letters pinned together and contained within a brown envelope (86.171I/400 (2)). Six of the letters are from Guest Keen & Baldwins (on headed paper), three are from Tom Phillips (purchaser), two are from the Guardian Insurance Co. Ltd (on headed paper) and the rest are probably from Messrs D.W. Jones & Co. (G.K.B's solicitors). Letters date from November 1937 - January 1938.
