Certified Copy of an Entry of Birth (Issued for the purposes of the Factory and Workshop Act, 1901)
Certificate for the birth of Arthur Wilkins on 24th January 1900.
On reverse is printed a schedule relating to the employment of young persons in relation to the factory and workshop act, 1901. The details have been filled in regarding the employment of Arthur Wilkins, and is dated 2nd December 1912.
