Cabinet cup, soft-paste porcelain; standing on a pedestal foot, slightly ridged, with bulging sides and a pronounced flared lip; high scroll handle closed above the lip, enclosing a patera and terminating with a moulded palmette leaf; painted with a frieze of flowers including pink roses, primroses, narcissus, bluebells, and a yellow and purple tulip, bordered below by a gilt band and line; gilt bands to foot, and lip; gilt handle, and below the lip a border of alternating moulded fleur-de-lys and beads on a gilt ground.
