Letter from the Superintendent of Glamorgan Constabulary regarding the promotion of PC Evan Thomas to Acting Sergeant. Dated June 1903. Typed on a letterhead with the printed badge of Glamorgan Constabulary in top left corner. Evan Thomas later served as a Sergeant in Taff's Well Station.
