Shoe lace
Unused pair of Stonewall ‘Rainbow Laces’ in transgender flag colours, and in original packing. Rainbow laces were first launched by Stonewall in 2013, to promote LGBTQ+ equality and tackle homophobia in sport. Given out at Pride Cymru, Cardiff, Saturday 17 June 2023. Collected to show the range of free promotional and advocacy material available at Pride events.
Pair of synthetic fibre laces in pale blue, pale pink and white; with clear plastic aglets at the ends. Each lace is rolled up onto itself; the two rolled up laces are then wrapped with a strip of brown paper which is held in place with adhesive. The paper is printed in black lettering, some of which is filled in with coloured print.
