Navy blue and white apron, blue wool and white cotton warp and weft yarns used to make a checked pattern, 2 narrow loom widths joined in the centre with an over stitch, gathered at the top into a black silk ribbon which is also used for the ties, 2 horizontal pleats at the hem.
