Small plate, earthenware, rounded foot-rim, cushion-moulded sides and spreading rim, a shaped and indented edge to the rim with six moulded scroll motifs; the upperside of the plate covered with a yellow ground against which is painted around the sides of the well a broad border of alternating pink and white roses, to the centre of the well a reserved circle with a gilt border, a gilt edge to the rim.
