Three pages of rules, typed in black and red ink on cream paper. Also attached are copies of two letters from The South Wales and Monmouthshire Iron and Steel Manufacturers' Association regarding the proposed rules. Letters are addressed to W.E. Simoms at Dowlais-Cardiff Works. Typed in black and red ink on cream paper. All documents dated 29th June 1931.
