Sugar bowl
Sugar bowl, silver gilt (regilded), circular, supported on four reversed dolphin feet, linked by scrolls, shallow depressed vase-form body, elaborately embossed and chased with a panel of dead gamebirds in a landscape and with an empty assymetrical cartouche flanked by a suspended stag and hare, all amid flowers and scrolls on a matted ground; everted rim applied with a band of stiff leaf; two ear-shaped handles, with bifurcated bird-head upper terminals, and engraved with feathers.
