Pot, coffee and cover
Coffee pot, black basalt, standing on a waisted spreading foot, roughly pear-shaped body with a broad band of vertical engine-turned reeding around the centre, plain curving spout, elongated ear-shaped handle with an applied leaf at the shoulder, round domed cover with vertical engine-turned reeding around the sides, to the top a finial modelled in the 'Widow of Zarapheth' form, (a seated female figure in flowing drapes and in a mourning attitude), a pierced steam hole to one side.
