Mug, earthenware, cylindrical body, standing on waisted foot-rim, ogee handle with raised thumb-spur and double foliate moulding to upper terminal; transfer-printed in blue with 'Cuba' pattern, two figures, male and female stand on grassy outcrop in foreground, across expanse of water is ornate gabled building, to one side of scene is a tree and an urn, with buildings receeding into the distance, border to inside of lip-rim with strawberry and floral motifs interspersed with geometric key shapes, the same border to the handle
