Seal impression: Collegiate
Under a triple canopy of late-gothic style, the Assumption of Our Lady. In lateral niches, dext. St Nicholas in pontificals giving a blessing, his mitre emblazoned by a cross; sin. King Henry VI (founder) crowned, his hands clasped in prayer. To either side, a small pent-house from which a figure (? angel) supports a shield: dext. FRANCE (modern) ; sin. quarterly, FRANCE (Modern) and ENGLAND. In base, under a broad arch, a further shield: three roses; on a chief, dext. a fleur-de-lis, sin. a lion passant gardant, KING'S COLLEGE.
