Handwritten in black ink on off-white paper, with a card cover (six pages in total). Contains a wax seal of the Patent Nut & Bolt Company along with two other seals. Also contains a plan of the property. A lease for a piece of land in Cwmbran, from the Patent Nut & Bolt Company to Mr Henry Parfitt. Dated 15th February 1893. Also a surrender made by Mr H.H. Haden & another to Messrs Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd. Dated 2nd November 1907.
