Tea bowl and saucer
Tea bowl, hybrid-paste porcelain, short foot-rim and rounded sides; painted in polychrome enamels with around the exterior sides scattered puce sprigs, around the upper sides a rococo border of gilt scales on a red ground edged by red and gilt rocaille scroll-work, a further puce sprig to the interior. Saucer, hybrid-paste porcelain, short foot-rim and curving sides; painted in polychrome enamels with to the well scattered puce sprigs, around the sides of the well a rococo border of gilt scales on a red ground edged by red and gilt rocaille scroll-work.
