Full title - Across the English Channel North Foreland to Wimereux, near Boulogne. Final Test. March 27, 1899. Envelope, folded slip of paper, and postcard that orignally contained 34.219/1 (1). Postcard with handwritten message on cream card with postmark "Dover Station Office 11pm Mar 26 .99". Postcard addressed to J.F. Kemp esq. 85 Plasturton Ave, Cardiff, and reads "Dr Sir, Mr Kemp sends kind regards to you from Boulogne by Wireless. Experiments most successful, yrs truly, from Bullock."
