Built 1955 by William Doxford & Sons Ltd, Sunderland for Porto Blanco Cia. Naviera SA., Syra, Greece, managed by Rethymnis & Kulukundis Ltd., London. 1970 – Sold to Franco Shipping Group, Athens (Achilles Frangistas) and renamed RODON. 1973 – Renamed AKTIS 1976 – Sold to S.B. Bakare & Bros. Ltd, Apapa, Nigeria, and renamed CHIEF S.B. BAKARE 1977 – Sold to a Panamanian owner and renamed ANTAGORAS. She caught fire at Cotonou, Benin, West Africa on 11th May 1978, and was beached and abandoned. On the 15th May, she broke in two and sank.
