Early Medieval human remains
These are moderately preserved remains from the inhumation burial of an older middle adult (33-45 years) who was probably female.
The burial is from Phase C: 401-659 AD
They were buried in an extended supine position in a simple grave oriented Northwest-Southeast
Her teeth show evidence of caries which are indicators of a carbohydrate heavy diet and poor dental hygiene.
