Built 1942 by Permanente Metals Corp., Richmond, California, for MoWT, (managed by Kaye, Son & Co). 1946 – Sold to Thompson Steamship Co., London. 1947 – Renamed FARNINGHAM (same owner). 1952 – Sold to British & South American Steam Navigation Co., London, and renamed HELLENES (managed by Houston Line). 1957 – Sold to Houston Line, London (managed by Cayzer, Irvine & Co). 1958 – Sold to Malabar Steamship Co., Bombay, and renamed JANMADA. She was broken up at Bombay in 1962.
