Printed below centre bottom “Waterlow & Sons Limited, London Wall, London, EC2.” Lists employees who served in the First World War by office or colliery. Surnames listed alphabetically within each office/ colliery, mainly with initials but some with forenames. Names regiment/corps or states RN/RFC for each individual. States rank of each individual. Total of 118 names. Ten annotated as killed in action (dates given for nine), one annotated as died in service (date given), eight annotated as wounded (some noted as twice or three times wounded), two annotated as gassed, eleven annotated as having received medals and awards - four MM, four MC, one DSO, one OBE, one MBE.
