Plate of soft-paste porcelain with creamy translucency; standing on a tapering footrim, with slightly cushion-moulded and curved sides; lobed rim (six small and six large lobes); painted round the rim with a continuous border of garden flowers; a small gilt leaf sprig in the centre,a gilt band round the edge of the rim.
