Full title: Earl (Big Earl) Herbert, alias Joe McGuire, 49 years old, ex-convict and prohibition era gangster, and Frank Blacka, alias Tom Novak, 35, also an ex-convict, were identified yesterday in the state's attorney's office by four persons who said Herbert and Blacka held up a Milwaukee jewellery store Oct 5 and stole $25,000 in jewels.
