Teapot, earthenware, round rounded foot-rim, globular body, flaring everted collar-like lip-rim with an innner flange, plain curving spout, plain grooved loop handle, round domed cover with a disc-shaped finial, a pierced steam hole to the centre of the finial; transfer-printed in blue with to the exterior sides, rim, upper and lower spout, handle and cover a continuous cellular sheet pattern consisting of undulating, irregular vein-like blue lines and areas of blue shading,
