maroon box, containing six stainless steel needles, type 5, in a piece of white plastic inside of box; originally twelve; cellophane wrapping; manufacturer's label on lid each needle has a length of copper alloy (brass) wire through it, white plastic and clear plastic (?cellophane) has been cut through to divide pack in half [RP; 02/07/2007]
