Small, manually operated metal grinding mill attached to a chamferred wooden beam; three nails at one end of the beam, one nail at the other; mill attached to the beam by three bolts in the middle; some areas of black paint on the mill; handle missing; wooden hopper with two lengths of wood nailed to opposite sides; one side has been strengthened with a length of baten across the top edge.
