Plain white cotton petticoat; skirt gathered into waistband, which fastens with 2 linen covered brass buttons at centre-back; 3 lengths of white tape sewn around petticoat above hemline to hold hoops; only 2 hoops remain (steel, covered with white braid); all hand sewn. ? worn with muslin dress F87.43.3.
