Roman samian vessel
Samian vessel sherds. S73 is a plate rim sherd (Dr18). Southern Gaulish orange/pink ware with a red gloss. The rim has a rather unusual lip. S74 is a dish sherd (Curle 15). Central Gaulish, probably fairly early for this form, of quite thin orange/pink ware with a good orange/red gloss. The rim has an unusual broad external groove.
Curle 15 is a dish with flaring walls which are concave externally.
