Cup and saucer, hybrid hard-paste porcelain, waisted foot, flared sides and kidney handle; enamelled with a scene from Shakespeare’s 'Richard II', the sides with a peach ground and classical gilding pattern, a gilded band inside the rim with fans and leaves, the saucer gilded to match with fans and leaves.
