Jug, earthenware, ovoid form with flattened-off foot-rim, bulbous sides sloping inwards at the shoulder to a raised neck, beak spout, scrolled loop handle with raised thumb-spur and foliate moulding along its length, the exterior body of the jug moulded with curving flutes enclosing to either side of the body a raised moulded medallion of a vase containing flowers and foliage, the flutes topped by a band of raised moulded foliage at the shoulder, the neck moulded with raised semi-circles and garlands of star-shaped flowers, a raised moulded leaf to the underside of the spout and around the upper terminal of the handle; the fluted areas of the jug covered with silver lustre, the medallions painted in black, red and green enamels, the moulded areas to the shoulder and neck and beneath the spout and handle painted in black, red and green enamels and silver lustre, a silver lustre band around the exterior lip-rim and spout, a silver ustre leaf to the handle. The lip-rim chipped.
