Typed in black ink on cream paper. A letter from the Association of Mining Electrical and Mechanical Engineers South Wales Branch, with an agenda for the fourty-seventh annual general meeting on 29 May 1958. On the reverse is an extract from the treasurers report with a table containing data relating to income and expenditure for Apr-Dec 1957. Loose within a light brown file with all other documents with the accession number 83.184I/68. The file is labeled 'Association of Mining Electrical Engineers'.
