Dress worn at a Masonic Ball in London by Mrs George Evans of Treherbert, about 1899-1900.
Black silk skirt and bodice covered with black net and trimmed with jet spangles. Bodice has high stand up collar. Clloses in front and has separate tight lower sleeves.
