Brooch

Morris, Malcolm (Morris is a designer and maker of hand crafted jewellery including wedding tiaras, hand made engagement rings and a range of silver jewellery. Morris has been making jewellery for 26 years and has, for the last 5 years been concentrating on his line of bridal tiaras. He also makes hand-made diamond engagement rings and wedding rings and accepts commissions in diamonds, platinum and 18 carat gold. His work can be seen on film. Gwyneth Paltrow wears 2 of his tiaras in the film "Shakespeare In Love". Actress Dianne Weist and most of the cast wears his creations in the final ball scene in Sky TV's mini-series "The 10th Kingdom". Other clients have included Joan Collins and the Duchess of Gloucester. His work can be seen in the Permanent Collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London and the Royal Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh and has been featured in Vogue, Tattler, Harpers and Queen, Bride and Groom, Brides, You and Your Wedding, and Wedding and Home magazines. http://www.malcolm-morris.co.uk/)

Brooch, patinated bronze, gold, white metal, triangular-shaped with curved sides and edges, pin attachment on the back; the brooch has a central hole and is wider on one side, two narrow strips of gold in the shape of an x have been applied on one of the corner surfaces of the brooch.
