Battery operated Daffyd Thomas from Little Britain character doll. Daffyd lived in the Welsh town of Llanddewi Brefi and became know for the phrase 'only gay in the village'. Originally the doll would have been able to say these six different phrases: - I'm the only gay in the village. - That's exactly the kind of homophobic attitude I've come to expect in this village, good-day. - I couldn't possibly walk all the way over there, these hot pants give me terrible chaffing. - I'll have a quarter of bon bons and a copy of Gay Times, please, it's my only outlet. - Bloody hell, Myfanwy, I'm so down it's not easy being the only gay in the village. - I'll have another Bacardi and Coke, please, Myfanwy.
