Programme for Gala Concert at St David's Hall, Cardiff, held as part of the Hand in Hand Festival, Cardiff, 16-18 August 2019. At this concert Songbirds Choir, Cardiff Trans Singers, South Wales Gay Men's Chorus, and Hand in Hand Festival Chorus all performed.
