ss CAPE ST. DAVID (6768gt) : Built 1941 as EMPIRE MARLOWE by William Gray & Co. Ltd., West Hartlepool, for MoWT (managed by W.H.Cockerline & Co.). She was managed by the South American Saint Line Ltd. from 1943. 1946 – Sold to Sun Shipping Co., London, and renamed CAPE ST. DAVID (managed by Mitchell, Cotts & Co. Ltd). 1955 – Transferred to Saint Line Ltd. 1960 – Sold to Norman Shipping Co., Hong Kong and renamed HAPPY SEAFARER (managed by Mariner Shipping Co. Ltd., Hong Kong). 1961 – Sold to Escort Shipping Co., Hong Kong. She was broken up at Hirao, Japan, in 1966.
