Two copies of the Ecclesiastical Questionnaire [1946] "framed to collect the most comprehensive information possible ... under the auspices of the Folk Lore Society on Welsh Calendar Customs, fixed and moveable". This Questionnaire was issued by the Secretary of the Representative Body of the Church in Wales on behalf of the Committee on Welsh Calendar Customs.
