On reverse is information on three calls made on June 1901, September 1901 and October 1902 signed by the secretary. With certificate is a separate piece of paper upon which is printed 'That the name of the Company be changed from the Barry New Dry Docks Company, Limited, to the Severn Dry Docks Company, Limited.
