Cup, tea and saucer
Tea cup and saucer, cup hemispherical, standingon a foot rim, flared sides, everted lip, floriate C-scroll handle; painted in polychrome enamels, opposite the handle with an exotic bird in brown, yellow, red and puce, standing on a pile of stones, a branch with red blooms issuing to right, and another with blue flowers to left, gilt border line to lip, gilding to handle, green ermine tail painted inside. Saucer, standing on a foot rim, spreading sides, everted lip; painted in the centre with a bird in a similar palette, perched on a pile of stones, amid foliage and flowers, a branch behind with green and purple foliage and yellow fruit, gilt border line to lip.
