Miniature cabinet cup, soft-paste porcelain, with a white translucency; standing on a straight sided foot rim, indented and ridged above, curved sides and flared lip; high scroll and griffin's head handle closed above the lip; freely painted in enamels all over with pink roses and rosebuds, and green and yellow leaves; deep elaborate gilt border inside bowl - a dotted and trellis pattern enclosed by c-scrolls issuing large flower and leaf sprays; gilt dentilled lip, wide gilt band to foot rim with a dentil edge, and gilt handle.
